PRODUCTION

Sample making is the most important part of production. A prototype is prepared according to the order and pattern files sent by our customer’s samples and size charts, if any, and all details are transferred to the sample. After approval, production begins.

After the sample is prepared  according to the customers demand and it is approved , production starts.Firstly, the fabric is supplied and then it is cut.The cut fabric is sent to print or embroider according to the approved sample. (Breathing paint that does not contain carcinogenic substances and complies with export criteria is used in printing.)After all these processes are completed, the products that are sewn by our expert sewing staff are finally passed through quality control, ironed and packaged.

All kinds of zippers, buttons, snaps, labels, hang tags, inlays, bags, kraft bags, piping, etc. we search for all these accessories and choose the most suitable products for the fabric and use them. We always prefer the best quality accessories.

After the production and quality control is completed, all products are packed separately and put in boxes. According to customer demand, we provide shipping by air, land or sea.
